COD orders are not accepted
Credits and Balances Due
Any credits on your account with us will be refunded promptly. We will use the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account.
Canadian and International Orders
We do not currently ship to locations outside the continental United States. For international orders please see our list of distributors.

Returns can be accepted for bicycles purchased directly from Montague Corporation within 30 days of purchase. Buyer must pay return shipping costs for all returns or exchanges. Once the product is received by Montague in like-new condition, the buyer will receive a refund on the cost of merchandise less the original shipping costs. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information, and keep the carton that the bike arrives in. Having the original carton will make re-packing the bike easier in the event of a return.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA by calling (800) 736-5348. To request a return, items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipper immediately.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize the chance of a claim being made with the freight carrier, and you may not receive full credit for the return.

If you have recently placed an order and need information about it or would like to change it, please call us at (800) 736-5348. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are sometimes not possible.

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our web site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
